Although this is not an emergency and no immediate action is required from you, we believe it is important for you to be informed about what occurred and the steps we are taking to resolve the situation.
We regret to inform you that during the compliance period of February 1, 2024- February 29, 2024, our water testing procedures did not meet the regulatory standards as mandated by the Maine Drinking Water Program. Specifically, we collected and analyzed only three (3) water samples, falling short of the required four (4) samples for total coliform bacteria.

Of the 3 samples we did take the results were as follows:
PASSED, there was NO presence of total coliform bacteria.

Steps We have Taken to Correct the Problem:
We collected 4 samples during the March 1, 2024- March 31, 2024 compliance period. This action brought us back into compliance and resolved the February violation.
