During the May 15th City Council meeting, it was proclaimed that the week of May 21-27, 2023 is National Public Works Week in the City of Ellsworth. National Public Works Week is an opportunity to recognize the contributions of public works professionals responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure and services that are essential to our communities. This week is a time to celebrate the hard work and dedication of these professionals and to raise awareness about the importance of public works in our daily lives.
