The City of Ellsworth’s emergency water conservation order has now been lifted, and normal water use may resume for all residents and businesses on City water.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who adjusted their water use during this unexpected issue. Your quick response, cooperation, and patience played a critical role in helping our crews safely complete repairs to the main water line on Bucksport Road.
Our Water Department worked swiftly to resolve the issue, and we truly appreciate the understanding shown by residents, businesses, and partners throughout this process.
