Online payments are now available again following a software transition to a servicing new platform. To make a payment, use the Online Services menu on the City website and select Utilities Bills. From there, you can make a one-time payment or log in/create an account. Setting up an account allows you to enroll in automatic bill pay. Please have your account number ready when accessing your online bill.
Online payments by debit/credit card and eCheck will be charged a service fee by a third-party company, GovernmentWindow, LLC to cover the cost of the service. Review costs here.
