During the August 2024 City Council meeting the Council approved the City Manager’s promotions of Deputy Chief and Interim Chief Troy Bires to Police Chief and Captain Shawn Willey to Deputy Chief. The City thanks Chief Bires and Deputy Chief Willey for their longstanding dedication to the City of Ellsworth and our community!
