There will be a public workshop on Thursday, May 29, 2025, in the Council Chambers at Ellsworth City Hall regarding Recreational Cannabis, broadcasting will be available.
City Council, Planning Board and staff will establish alignment on the regulatory framework for licensing and selecting a new recreational marijuana dispensary in Ellsworth. They will discuss the RFP process, the total number of allowable stores in the city, and the selection criteria.
