The annual organizational meeting of the Ellsworth City Council will be held on Monday, November 17th, 2025, at 5:30 PM in the Ellsworth City Hall Council Chambers

2.Oath of Office.
3. Selection of Chairperson for the ensuing year.
4. Time and place for regular monthly meetings.
5. Time for the agenda to close.
6. Time for agenda to go to the news media.
7. Manner in which meetings are to be conducted.
8. Time and place for regular monthly workshops.
9. Council Stipend and the manner of its distribution. Maximum allowable stipend $3,150 Chair and $2,520 Councilor. Amount budgeted for FY2026 – $3,150 for Chair and $2,520 for each Councilor.
10. Appointment of Finance Committee.
11. Signing of warrants.
12. Adjournment.
