Remember those new downtown crossing lights we told you about? They’re officially installed thanks to the hard work of City crews. 👏
These new pedestrian crossing lights will help make crossing busy downtown streets safer and easier heading into Ellsworth’s busy summer season.
A huge thank you to the crews who got this work completed before the visitors arrive in full force.
And one important note to repeat: This project was funded by the State of Maine, not the City.
Safer crossings. Better visibility. A more walkable downtown. 👍
