The City of Ellsworth is responding to an emergency water main break on Lower Grant Street today, August 6, 2026.
Grant Street is closed between Main Street and Willow Street while crews work to repair the water main.
Motorists traveling south on Grant Street will be detoured via Willow Street and Chapel Street. Please plan for minor delays, follow posted detour signs, and use caution when traveling through the area.
