EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE
ELLSWORTH CITY COUNCIL
An emergency meeting of the Ellsworth City Council will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 8:00 AM. The meeting will be held in the Ellsworth City Hall Council Chambers.

1. Call to Order.
2. Council Order #121600, Request of the Deputy Treasurer/Tax Collector to waive foreclosure on the following properties: 186 High Street (Map 131 Lot 042 000 000), 194 High Street (Map 131 Lot 044 001 000) and 200 High Street (Map 131 Lot 043 000 000) and to authorize the Deputy Treasurer/Tax Collector to execute a promissory note with the owner of the properties.
