Fire Hazard Inspection Request

    Please fill out the following form and provide as much information as possible. If you have any questions, please contact Inspector Mike Hangge by calling (207) 667-8666. Generally, it is preferred to have a week's notice so that we may schedule well in advance. You should receive a response to your request within two regular business days (M-F, excluding holidays). You may also call 667-8666 and make your request by telephone. The intent of this form is to allow you to request a fire safety inspection (chimney, woodstove, fire hazard).
