The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Board of Appeals is scheduled for Monday, November 25th, 2024 in the Ellsworth City Council Chambers, at 6:30pm to hear public comment and/or consideration on the following request/s:

- ADOPTION OF MINUTES: from the May 23, 2024 meeting.
- PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION: An administration appeal of the Ellsworth Planning Board’s decision to grant a waiver of Chapter 56, Unified Development Ordinance, Article 9 requirements for sight distance and apply Maine Department of Transportation requirements instead. The subject property is located at ( Tax Map 135 Lot 44), in the Neighborhood ‘N’ zone.

HEARINGS:
Meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 City Hall Plaza. Public comments, on agenda items, can be made at City Hall during the Board meeting. Emailed comments are accepted at code@ellsworthmaine.gov by 12:00pm on the date of the hearing, for Board Members review.
Meeting will continue to be broadcast live on the City of Ellsworth, Maine Facebook page and YouTube page; as well as recorded and made available live on Spectrum Channel 1303.
