24. Council Order #041711, Request of the Deputy Treasurer/Tax Collector to accept the bid from Casella Waste Management, for municipal solid waste curbside collection, effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022.
25. Council Order #041712, Request of the Finance Director for transfer of the Defendants in Rem (criminal forfeiture Doc. No. CR-15-1403) to the City of Ellsworth and to allow the Finance Director to deposit these monies into the Police Forfeiture Reserve Account upon receipt of the funds.
