21. Council Order #041811, Request of the City Manager to approve the discontinuance of Lemon Street and Orange Street in the vicinity of Washington Street.

22. Council Order #041812, Request of the Wastewater Superintendent for approval to expend funds in the estimated amount of $39,000 to hire Woodard and Curran and purchase necessary software and hardware to complete the SCADA upgrade project.

23. Council Order #041813, Discussion on the future of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Ellsworth.

24. Council Order #041814, Request of Public Works Director to approve a lease on an excavator for a term of up to 6 months at an estimated cost of $5,800 per month.

25. Executive Session to discuss labor contracts in accordance with MRSA Title 1, Chapter 13, Section 405, Paragraph 6D.
