Council Order #062500, Request of the Tax Collector to set the real estate and personal property tax due dates to September 11, 2025, and March 12, 2026, and an Order of the Municipal Officers on the application of real estate and personal property tax payments. This order will allow for the Tax Collector and Treasurer to apply tax payments against the oldest unpaid tax bills. *
  2. Council Order #062502, Request of the Deputy City Clerk for review and acceptance of the results from the June 10, 2025, City of Ellsworth School Budget Validation Election. *

  1. Public Hearing and action on the application(s) for renewal for the following license(s):
  • Timothy Wedge d/b/a The Breakroom, 248 State Street, for renewal of a City Class B License (Victualer, Liquor and Amusement) and renewal of a State Restaurant Class I, II, III and IV Liquor License.
  • Fogtown Brewing Company, 25 Pine Street, for renewal of a City Class B License (Victualer, Liquor and Amusement), renewal of a State Brewing license and a new Restaurant Class I License.
