There will be a public workshop on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at Ellsworth City Hall where Maine Department of Environmental Protection will review regulations around licensing of composting facilities and how enforcement of these regulations function. Broadcasting will be available.
