Council Order #060100, Public Hearing and potential action on the request of Inperium, on behalf of KidsPeace, to approve a Public Finance Authority Revenue Bond Series 2026, not to exceed $156,823,000 and a Public Finance Authority Revenue Bond Series 2024 not to exceed $18,000,000; As stated in the resolution, the city’s approval of the issue is very narrow for the purpose stated and is conditioned upon there being no liability or obligation by the City with respect thereto.
