Community Development Staff developed a survey to gather input from citizens about their thoughts on safety standards, registration of STRs, potential administration and fees, neighborhood character and concerns, and potential next steps toward STRs and potential municipal oversight.
The survey was made available from August 5th through September 1st both digitally on the City website and on paper at City Hall. 125 citizens responded to the survey online and 10 provided their thoughts via a paper submission. The responses from the paper submissions were entered by city staff into the digital survey to aggregate the responses for reporting purposes.
