ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING NOTICE
ELLSWORTH CITY COUNCIL
The annual organizational meeting of the Ellsworth City Council will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 5:30 PM in the Ellsworth City Hall Council Chambers
AGENDA
1. Call to Order.
2. Oath of Office.
3. Selection of Chairperson for the ensuing year.
4. Time and place for regular monthly meeting.
5. Time for agenda to close.
6. Time for agenda to go to the news media.
7. Manner in which meetings are to be conducted.
8. Council Stipend and the manner of its distribution. Maximum allowable stipend $3,000 Chair and $2,400 Councilor. Amount budgeted for FY2022 – $2,500 for Chair and $2,000 for each Councilor.
9. Appointment of Finance Committee.
10. Consideration on setting a new date and time for the weekly Finance Committee meeting/workshop. (As discussed at the 07/19/2021 Council meeting – copy attached.)
11. Signing of warrants.
12. Adjournment.
Following the Organizational meeting there will be an on-boarding presentation (approximately 30 – 45 minutes long) provided by Rudman & Winchell Legal.
