The annual organizational meeting of the Ellsworth City Council will be held on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 5:30 PM in the Ellsworth City Hall Council Chambers

1. Call to Order.
2. Oath of Office.
3. Selection of Chairperson for the ensuing year.
4. Time and place for regular monthly meeting.
5. Time for agenda to close.
6. Time for agenda to go to the news media.
7. Manner in which meetings are to be conducted.
8. Council Stipend and the manner of its distribution. Maximum allowable stipend $2,950 Chair and $2,360 Councilor. Amount budgeted for FY2021 – Chairman $2,500 and Councilors $2,000.
9. Appointment of Finance Committee.
10. Signing of warrants.
11. Adjournment.
