MEETING NOTICE 

 The regular monthly meeting of the Ellsworth Harbor Commission will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 6:00 PM in the Ellsworth City Hall Fire Department training room. 

AGENDA  

1. Call to Order. 
2. Adoption of minutes from December meeting. 
3. Dredge update. 
4. Update from City Council.
5. Harbor management report. 
6. Continued discussion of Harbor management structure.  Members from the Maine Harbor Masters Association will join us by video link.
   1. *Note: The issue remains unresolved. Todd Bailey from the Public Works Dept. Has been assigned to work with the Harbor Commission as an Interim.
7. Harbor vendor contract extension.
8. Member Comments.
9. Staff Comments.
