The regular monthly meeting of the Ellsworth Harbor Commission will be held on Wednesday, Oct 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the
Ellsworth City Hall Fire Department training room.

- Projects/issues identified by Harbor Staff:
- Move the pump out station onto the main dock
- Replace the No Wake Bouy at the rock (before Indian Point as entering the Harbor
- Explore Kayak Rentals – many inquiries this season, good for a local vendor
- Several trees need removal and some need trim
- cut back roses around gazabo
- Need a reliable system for managing Mooring field, Wait Lists and birthing/hook usage. The Harbor Staff need a mooring map to include vessel and owner information.
- From the September meeting- Consider solid roofs on new gazabos, complaints about rain and Evaluate HM shack, floor reported to be spongy
