The annual organizational meeting of the Ellsworth City Council will be held on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Ellsworth City Hall Council Chambers

2. Oath of Office.
3. Selection of Chairperson for the ensuing year.
4. Time and place for regular monthly meeting.
5. Time for agenda to close.
6. Time for agenda to go to the news media.
7. Manner in which meetings are to be conducted.
8. Council Stipend and the manner of its distribution. Maximum allowable stipend $2,800 Chair and $2,240 Councilor. Amount budgeted for FY2018 – Chairman $2,500 and Councilors $2,000.
9. Appointment of Finance Committee.
10. Signing of warrants.
11. Adjournment.
