PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Moratorium on Primary Caregiver Operations Outside of the Primary Residence.
The Ellsworth City Council will hold a public hearing on December 18, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Ellsworth City Hall to hear comments on extending the existing Emergency Moratorium Ordinance for an additional 180-day period for Primary Caregiver Operations Outside of the Primary Residence. The Moratorium Ordinance is needed to prevent a shortage of public facilities and because the Ellsworth Land Use Ordinance is inadequate to prevent serious public harm from commercial and industrial development in the City of Ellsworth. All persons wishing to make comments or ask questions about this moratorium are invited to attend the public hearing.
