Are you a specialty crop producer? Then you may be interested in the USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP)! This competitive grant program funds projects to benefit specialty crop producers, supporting market research, market promotion, and new technology initiatives. This year, the 2024 Maine Specialty Crop Block Grant Program is accepting applications until March 18, 2024. Selected projects have historically supported crucial agricultural research, pest management, school initiatives, and food safety projects.
