The Ellsworth Highway Department will be replacing the storm drain basin on Oak Street between Lincoln and Park Streets to address ponding in the area.
Lane closure with alternating traffic will be in effect on Oak Street.
If possible, drivers are advised to use alternate routes and detour at the Upper Light (Main Street/Oak Street intersection) or the State Street/Oak Street intersection.
