As the vibrant colors of autumn begin to grace our community and parks, it’s time to share the upcoming change in our restroom facilities schedule.
In preparation for the colder months ahead, the bathrooms at Knowlton Park and the Harbor Park will be closed for the winter season starting on Monday, October 9th, 2023. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, the closure is essential to protect the plumbing and facilities from potential freezing and damage during the colder months. A port-a-potty will remain at Harbor Park year round.
Additionally, the port-a-potties at the Green Lake and Branch Lake boat launches will be removed at the end of September. The port-a-potty at Branch Lake Public Forest will remain through the end of November.
