BID NOTICE
The City of Ellsworth is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the following property acquired for non-payment of Real Estate taxes and non-payment of sewer charges: 16 Fifth St (Map 138, Lot 36). Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 AM, Friday December 30, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Information regarding this bid may be reviewed at the City Tax Collector’s Office. A copy of the bid documents may be obtained upon payment of a $10 non-refundable deposit.
