We are excited to introduce Team Ellsworth, the City’s new employee SharePoint site!
Team Ellsworth has been created to serve as a central hub for employee information and resources. Our goal is to make it easier for you to find the information you need in one convenient location. The site currently includes resources such as:
- HR Hub with important announcements and updates
- Employee forms and documents
- Benefits information and quick links to benefit providers
- City news and announcements
- The Ellsworth Insider Newsletter Archive
- Helpful resources and information for employees

In addition to providing easy access to important resources, Team Ellsworth is intended to become our primary method of sharing information with employees. Rather than relying on frequent email communications, our goal is to post news, updates, announcements, and other important information to Team Ellsworth whenever possible. We encourage you to make Team Ellsworth the first place you check when you’re looking for City information or updates. While there will always be occasions when an email is necessary, we hope this new approach will reduce emails and make it easier to find information when you need it.
Please keep in mind that Team Ellsworth is a work in progress. We will continue adding new content, resources, and features over time to make the site as useful as possible for all employees.
We also welcome your feedback! If there is information, a resource, or a tool that you think would be helpful to include on the site, please let the Human Resources Department know. Your suggestions will help us continue improving Team Ellsworth and ensure it meets the needs of employees across all departments.
