12. Council Order #032401, Request of the City Clerk to hold a Special Municipal School Budget Validation Referendum Election on June 11, 2024, for the purpose of validating the school budget. *
13. Council Order #032402, Request of the Tax Collector to release properties redeemed during the 30 day redemption period ending March 1, 2024 through Quit Claim Deeds (the complete list is available in the Clerk’s office) and authorize the Interim City Manager to release said properties through Municipal Quit Claim Deeds *

17. Council Order #032405, Request of the Highway Superintendent to award the contract for center and sideline striping and authorize the Interim City Manager to sign the contract.**
18. Council Order #032406, Request of the Highway Superintendent to award the contract for marking words, symbols, stop bars, parking lines, crosswalks and authorize the Interim City Manager to sign the contract. **
19. Council Order #032407, Request of the Superintendent of Schools to accept School Revolving Funds for Project #1743 in accordance with the SRRF guidelines and Department of Education. **
20. Council Order #032408, Discussion and action on the Ellsworth School Department request to enter into a purchase and sale agreement for the purchase of 11 Avery Lane and to authorize the Interim City Manager to sign the agreement. Please refer to the City Council Packet for purchase price, rate, and terms. **
21. Council Order #032409, Discussion and action to authorize the Interim City Manager to sign the Maine Department of Transportation Utility Receivable Agreement associated with the High Street pavement project (MaineDOT WIN #26073) in the amount of $289,850.00.
22. Executive Session pursuant to 1 MRSA §405 paragraph 6(E) to consult with City attorneys concerning Hennig vs. Rowley/Ellsworth.
23. Possible action on the executive session.
