NEW BUSINESS
3. Council Order #042400S Request of the Highway Superintendent to allocate $625,000 from the City’s DEP Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund to be used for the design of Stormwater Improvements for the Main/Oak Streets area.
4. Council Order # 042401S Request of the Water Superintendent to accept $6 million in Drinking Water State Revolving Funds to be put towards the Water Treatment Plant project. Funds are split into $2,100,000 in principal forgiveness and $3,900,000 in a low interest loan.
5. Council Order #042402S Request of the Water Superintendent to apply for a Northern Borders Regional Council grant in the amount of $1 Million to be put towards the Water Treatment Plant project. There is a 50% match required but that can be covered by the DWSRF loan so no additional funds will be required.
