10. Council Order #022501 Request of the Public Works Director to accept the bid for local roads paving.

  1. Council Order #022502 Public Hearing and potential action on a proposed ordinance to more effectively control nuisance odors within the City of Ellsworth. This ordinance will outline how to determine an objectionable odor, compliance requirements, and enforcement procedures.

Council Order #032505 Request of the Ellsworth Business Development Corporation to eliminate the City’s interest in the 100-foot right-of-way to the right of the cul-de-sac at the end of the Commerce Park, and over Tax Map 42, Lot 8-1, per City Council minutes from March 16, 2015, as the Frenchman Bay Conservancy has confirmed that they no longer require a right-of-way for access, and given the lack of need for future growth in that area.
