  1. Council Order #042504 Discussion and action on the request of the City Manager to approve the annual reports for affordable housing tax increment financing districts.
  1. Council Order # 042505 Discussion and action on the request of the City Manager to allocate Tax Increment Financing funds for consulting services for review and possible changes to the current TIF District Plan, the City’s Capital Improvement Plan, and certain City Ordinances.
