Council Order #092604A, Public Hearing and action on authorizing a $6,000,000 loan from the Maine Municipal Bond Bank Drinking Water SRF program (DHHS DWSRF #2024-17), and issuance of the City’s bonds and BANs therefore, to finance a portion of the costs of the new water treatment plant project.
