✅ Citizens can Create a Citizen Login to Manage/Pay Multiple Properties
✅ Schedule Payments / Bill Notifications Features with Citizen Login
✅ e-Checks Now Accepted (Flat $2.50 fee per check up to $10,000 single payment)
