The owners of the buildings at the addresses below seek qualified vendors to provide individual bids for services as specified below at each address:

Address 1: 25 Pine Street, Ellsworth, Maine

Items to be completed:

1. Masonry: re-mortar and repair façade bricks facing Pine & Hancock Streets
2. Chimney: restore to reflect original appearance and integrity

Address 2: 121 Main Street, Ellsworth, Maine

Items to be completed:

1. Masonry: Repoint brick façade
2. Windows: Replace 11 windows & repair damaged flashings
3. Doors: Replace 2 entry doors and damaged lintels above

Address 3: 142 Main Street, Ellsworth, Maine

Items to be completed:

1. Door: Remove existing door & trim. Install new door and trim. Paint door and trim
2. Brink Pointing: front façade brick mortar joints regrouted and damaged brick replaced
